For more than 25 years, I have acted as an advisor to medical practitioners on the buying and selling of practices or practice shares, including both general and specialist practices. Furthermore, I have extensive experience in drafting partnership agreements and termination of practice agreements.
Always up to date
In addition to my advisory work, I teach PLO and FAS courses on the buying, selling and administration of medical practices, which means that I am always up to date when it comes to the relevant legislation. This has also given me great insight into the agreements between PLO and FAS on one side and the Danish regions on the other.

Obtaining PLO and FAS approvals
Advising on the interpretation of agreements, obtaining approvals from the coordination committees (Samarbejdsudvalgene) managing complaints, and liaising with the Danish regions on queries
